Deliveries and returns

Order Processing

Packages are generally dispatched on the same day as the receipt of payment, although items can take up to 3 days to be dispatched. An exception to this is if we are out of stock of your item, in which case it will be dispatched within 5 days after receipt of payment.

Your Deliveries

When checking out, the default postage method will be Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you want delivery to be guarenteed for Next Day delivery and/or tracked, this option is best for you. Next Day orders are dispatched via Royal Mail's Special Delivery^TM Next Day, and will require a signature on delivery. First Class and Second Class postage may also be available for some items, which will be cheaper than Special Delivery, but will take longer. Whichever postage choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package (where possible), and we will notify you as soon as your item has been dispatched. All postage options will be displayed alongside their price and postage time, when you checkout.

Fees

Postage fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas postage fees can vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot usually group two distinct orders placed separately, in which case, shipping fees will apply to each of them. However, if you have any postage questions please contact us - we are here to help! Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect all items.

Returns

- We do not accept returns for items that you have changed your mind about UNLESS THEY ARE UNOPENED & SEALED.

- If a game you have recieved does not work, please fill out a returns request on the contact us page. Include details of the problem.

- If it does not work because you have failed to read the requirements on the related product page, then MacGames is not responsible, and we are unlikely to accept a return. Please contact us anyway as it may be an issue we can help you with.

- You, the buyer, are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated by a MacGames representitive.

The easiest way to contact us about deliveries and returns is via the form on the contact us page. We aim to get back to customers, either via email or phone, within 12 hours, although most requests are dealt with in under an hour.
